I found out that there is going to be a mindfulness class beginning in the middle of Oct. in my neighborhood. I live in Colorado Springs, but you might find something like that in your neighborhood. I battle depression and I have so much to be thankful for. I need to practice positive thinking. I am on meds and would like to get off them. I've heard many good things about mindfulness and CBT.
