MIL in coma*Please pray for her

Hi, all,

 

This is a very depressing time for our family. My MIL has slipped into a coma due to liver failure and alcoholism for many years. She was fine on Thursday. Went to get her hair done, went shopping and the following day, made a 180. She was in hospital for a total of 3 1/2 mos 3 months ago and recovered but this happend and the doc says end-stage liver failure. She was so lifeless and unresponsive. Her amonia level was 270 and normal is 30. They now have it down to  90 and she is a bit more responsive.

This is very hard for my husband as we watched his dad die the same way. Just please pray that the Lord be in control of this situation. Remember, there is strength in numbers!

Thank youfor all your prayers and thoughts. She is a bit better but in no way out of the woods. They are trying to decide what course of treatmewnt to use. Her amonia level was 270 and normal is 30. It is down to 90 now.

   I just saw this post and wanted to let you know I'm sorry to hear about your MIL. I know you have been through alot and this must be very hard for you. I will be praying for your MIL. You and your family are also in my prayers. Take care.
