Thanks for your thoughts. Yes, it's about time I sorted out my sleep. I'm glad you enjoy your grandchildren. You made a big decision when you were young. I always wanted to have heaps.

Have to sort out these voices too. They sound so, so real. One gave me a fright. I thought someone was in the room.

Well seeing my doctor soon, hope to sort something out.

Hi - I'm back,
Went to my psychiatrist about the voices and anxiety and he increased the abilify from 10mg to 15 and gave me valium to take when needed. I took it for about two weeks. Feel fine now. Neither my GP or psychiatrist has suggested anything for sleep. I have tried two things but neither worked. With the abilify increase I tend to sleep longer initially. I combat it by going to bed early - sleeping 3 to 4 hours then I wake every 1 to 2. It is midnight here. Have been awake for about an hour - went to bed at 7pm.

Will be good when I start beading. Will give me something to do. I got the Disability Pension. That really helped lower my anxiety as I was getting terribly anxious about work especially after my last job, which brought on this relapse after 6 years of no voices or seeing things and low anxiety.

How are you Karen, and you Joanne? We've had a lot of rain - probably from the cyclone up north. Some roads were closed around here because of flooding. I live in a little valley with a meandering creek.

hey guys, long time no chat in this post (:

glad that you're gonna start trying out something new gale! i'm currently obsessed with sketching even tho only line a few people say that it's nice and the others are all like 'BOO!', i still don't care. been sketching til my hands are all black! especially as i'm traveling now and all i have in a pencil case with an eraser few mechanical pencils and such. hear that ? Mechanical Pencils. that's a challenge for shading alright!

anyways, i hope you'll enjoy beading jewelries! and karen, so how's crocheting working out for you ? one of my classmate tried crocheting a scarf for her mom's bday and i ended up playing with the wools at school and helping her destroy the scarf... never let me crochet. i'm most probably the worst human alive to crochet.

awesome! i don't really like to have so many tools that takes my drawings a long amount of time to finish so i like to keep it nice and simple. i don't really like coloring. i remember when i was really young, i had no idea what beige is so i colored the human's head purple+green+brown+black+yellow etc.. almost everything really. have fun you guys.

yea, including throwing some black, white, orange, pink, purple, blue, green etc etc on a person's face! lol. it was a hw (no, not healing well.) from my teacher and i ended up being scolded cuz the face looks like it's been beat up so bad that it needs a trip to the ER stat without wasting another second. at all.

just ate dinner.. got some delivery from domino's. hope y'all can sleep tonight. most possibly gonna watch a movie and than do some nonsense around the house...
