So went from 300mg of Effexor to 150mg yesterday. With Drs permission. Yay! As we all know I have a pounding headache which I am trying to control with Tylenol 4 and toradol. Worst thing for me today is I am soooooo cold. Cannot get warm. Stood in hot shower. Under four blankets and flannel jammys. Also nauseated and speaking is hard. Can't find the words. Someone said yesterday that they introduced Prozac for symptoms. Where do I have to be mg wise to start?

Oh DDK,

I don't know the answer to your question, but I wanted to offer my sympathy. When I came off of opiates for back pain, I thought I had died. Each hour, each minute, it gets easier and easier.

Please let me know if I can do anything to help you. I have bronchitis so I am just laying in bed surfing the net.....

Sorry you aren't feeling so good.

Just a weird thought...sometimes when I feel cold and cannot seem to warm up no matter what I do, I will eat/drink something hot (even just a glass of warm/hot water will do). It's sorta like I try to warm up from the inside out. I know, I'm weird. Lots of times it does the trick.

And Sunny I am off to make some tea. Never thought of that. My whole body is shaking. I must look a sight lol!

Some things we got to go with. But if it gets too bad, call your doctor. They might start you on something else sooner.

Yes Mustang! Tea is helping. Also put my husbands big wooly work socks on. Hands still white and cold. Also took a clonezepam as I was getting anxious. Laying on couch with my dog. She seems to calm me.

Just read this now KMF. Tankyou. U guys r so good. I am so angry and my anger has just turned to tears. No idea why. Afraid to talk to my sweet guy cuz I know will yell at him and he has done nothing. I will look up that Occams Razor. Thank you
