Someone insulted me

there not worth you getting upset. stuff em. you certainly do not deserve or need it this. keep strong.

Waning, you are so much better than that! Turn the other cheek. Do not respond, kill them with kindness. This will drive them crazier than anything else you can do. and just perhaps soften their cold stone heart.

Vent here anytime we love to support you and remind you what an awesome, giving and loving person you truly are.

Sounds like you did the right thing ignoring it. It isn't worth the drama it would cause. Kudos to you!!!

Some people thrive on getting a reaction out of someone, so if they insult you they want you to come back at them so they can insult you even further. So the admonishment you received from the other members is correct, ignore them, they will only be fighting with themselves and eventually will move on to someone else that gives them the reaction they are seeking.

I've read a comment some where to this effect, "there are over a billion people int he world and your going to let one person ruin your day?", very true, but still hard to take when someone is insulting us.

Sorry this happened to you, words can sting but you also have the power to lessen that sting by not giving it an opportunity to get into your heart.
Always remember your a good person, that's what you should put on your door!
