Happy Turtle: I hope you had a nice walk today.

Jan: Yes, if Doctors could only be on the same page! I just expect doctors that work at the same hospital and in the same neurosciences department to all be on the same page and not have different opinions.

Rob: I hope you're able to get more sleep tonight and that Gizmo doesn't wake you up tonight. I welcome any story you would like to share with me about hospitals.

Myself: I hope you enjoyed the farmers market, I won't tell you how many years I've lived down the street from one and have never been but I always hear people talk about farmers markets. Did you get to fly a kite today? I have had some quiet time today

Karen: The jams you're going to make sound delicious. My eyes still aren't doing too good, still a lot of blurry vision and double vision it's off and on through out the day.

UA: My daughter went to a sleepover and it sounds like you got a really good nights sleep.

I just wanted to drop in for a few, not feeling too well but I wanted to send hugs to anyone who needs them.

Good morning all. I slept until 5:30 this morning. No waking up at two. Slept straight through I think. Feels more restful.

I hope that everybody has a good day today. I think I am going black berry picking, if it doesn't rain that is. I keep getting rained out.

Sorry AV. It stinks when we can't sleep. Hubby had a headache too from yesterday until this morning. I think it finally went away.

It is rainy here AV, so it is a good day to sleep. I think that there are a lot of disappointed tourists for their Labor Day weekend. I hope it gets nicer next week. Change of seasons here...

A short note ......

   Not feeling too well.Too much housework to do and no energy! I did have 1-1/2 bottles of "Boost" yesterday .... and may pick up some greek yogurt and some watermelon pieces today.

   My daughter is a busy one. She should have gotten in last night and is downtown thru sunday night - then about 40-miles SW to her sisters on Labor Day - and then i should see her here on Tuesday - her birthday!

   Hope everyone has a good sunday.

Try not to worry, Jamie. Remember that something we tend to do (as depressed people) is make everything personal when it isn't necessarily so. We all have bad days, not that I saw you having one.

Rob, I hope you are having fun with your daughter and that Gizzy is behaving himself. You may want to let Gizzy know that a sleep deprived human is more likely to "accidentally" take his dog in for a bad haircut!

Myself, a few summers ago the kids and I made kites. They loved it. I hadn't thought of doing that again but that may be a good project for one of our down days. Hope you had a good day.

UA, its hard to bring stress home from work. Maybe you could come up with a destressing ritual for when you get home? Its something I read about and thought it sounded interesting. You go through certain activities that are designed to relax your mind and then no more work talk or activities the rest of the night. The activities can be whatever you find relaxing.

I have been sick. I have lost 5 lbs since Thursday but my stomach doesn't seem to want any food. My depression is still kicking my butt but I am trying to keep going. I am exhausted. My car insurance suddenly wants 50 extra bucks this month and of course I get that on Saturday. Maybe I can grab a nap today. Hope you all have a good day!

Hey Rob, I am sorry that your daughter pushed back her time with you. Does she know how you are feeling right now?

Maybe this is just a low spot and you will feel better in a day or two. I am hoping... I am sorry that it is hard for you to eat. Are you still drinking the shakes?

If you feel a hospital stay is what you need, you are probably right. Know I am thinking about you. You are a very kind and sweet person Rob... Saying prayers for you and keeping you in my thoughts...

Jamie, my sweet Turtle. Please do not take it personally. I posted and am trying to handle the situation with NCOT. I am glad you are not leaving and your positive posts are an integeral part of this forum!

Everyone, Karen and I try hard to keep this forum on the positive and "yes you can" side of things, because it is true! We have been through a lot and know the darkness, a lot of you feel.

It is not just jibber jabber we put out there, it is our heart and soul that we post to help. Alot of times we mentally throw people life rings and pray [even though we are not supposed to] that they catch it!

I am sure Karen will agree that we won't stop, we do this because we feel we are called to do this. Someone helped us, when no one else would. So we are paying it forward.

Remember when a member starts bucking the system and making waves, it is because they are afraid and their anger is hiding pain. It is not personal. They may never face what is going on in their life, but it is their stuff, not yours or ours. We can only be here if they want help.

Otherwise, boundries have to be set for the good of the forum.
