Just walking back to happiness?

Hi, I'm new here, have suffered anxiety/depression for most of my adult life (I'm 50ish) Recently I started walking average 2 hours per day and I must say it seems to be having a very positive effect (did seven miles today)
Anyone else find exercise helps?

I love walking. Just the fresh air, change of scenery, and sometimes stopping to talk with folks along the way can make such a huge difference in a day!

i use to do the same. arthritis, slipped disk, pinch nerve make it hard but i do try. welcome from me too.
