Oh I wear ponytails most of the time. Why is that bad? I can only stand wearing my hair down for a small amount of time and only if I'm out in public. As soon as I come home, or even get in the car, it goes up.
Anyway, yes, Effexor works for me. I'm not sure if it only showed on the test because I'm actually on it. For example, mine was done at my pain management doc's office. It didn't return any results about pain meds. It didn't indicate anything about the lamictil or other meds I'm taking.
I'm sure my experience is different from others. But really, if your insurance will pay for it, there is no harm in doing the test. Go for it! Maybe you'll get better results than I did.
