Sounds like you to find a therapist that specializes in anger management. Find out why you are do angry and where it comes from.

Can you please contact me. I'm in the same situation but I love my boyfriend so much and I pretend to be happy so I don't hurt him but I just really want to know if I can love and be happy with him again. Please let me know how things went. I'm so scared of losing him.
