I am going to be cleaning, sorting and labeling today. Early morning and evening while it isn't too hot. But yes, the rainy day will help. It has been extremely hot here the last couple of days and suppose to be all week. Michigan weather. Always changing...

Have fun at the gym. I admire your determination to continue these things. I wish I could do more, but walks is all I can accomplish as far as exercise. They do really help me. I Hope you have a good day today.

Hello all. No surprise, we're having another heat wave. Seems to happen every time I must prepare for the exterminator coming. Fingers crossed, this will be the last time. I've been checking the beds and there is NO sign!

It's supposed to be 94 degrees for the high tomorrow! I'll probably be too worn out to even come onto the computer after being out in it for several hours. The pets must be out of the house when it's being treated and the dogs cannot be left without supervision (landlord's rule). Since my daughter has Cushing's syndrome, she can't handle the heat and humidity at all so she and my grandson go do the laundry while I'm on 'dog duty'.

Talk about 'hump day'! Hope it's a good one for everyone else!

Anybody looking up Einstein's grades would see that he had scored lots of grades around "1" - which under the new marking scheme, meant a "fail".

That is so cool about Einstein! The take-away from the story--with history, you have to consider the context of the information. You can't judge old events with the rules of the twenty-first century.

Playing phone tag with a company that does business training. Or, rather, matches professionals with people who can help them in soft skills. This is something I have long had interest in, but did not want to start my own business. Today I am in the library at high school, a quiet day. No gym today, my muscles want me to take a break.

Hello all. Still muddling along. Been in the pain forum more lately. Really frustrated on that front. It's definitely taking a mental toll on me. Doing my best to keep a positive attitude, but my focus and productivity are definitely suffering.

Physical therapy is going ok. The massage feels good and I get relief for a couple hours, but that's all. Not productive in my opinion. Tomorrow night I meet with my therapist. Still not sure my meds are right there. meeting with my psych in a few weeks. I need to get in with my PM doc and tell him the PT isn't doing enough. I'm going to keep going because it's about to be free; almost to my $10k max out of pocket for the year. Might as well take advantage.

Starting to question my mental strength and if I'm just being a baby about all of this, but then I look back on the last 15 years and I've been slowly degrading over that whole time. Trying to look forward overwhelms me in light of that. Just need to pick myself up and keep fighting.

Hope others are doing well.

Thanks Karen. I need the deep tissue massage. That is what loosens me up. I am in bad shape today, and I have a 2.5 hour meeting with our main customer. Frequently I get headaches after meetings, so going into a meeting with a headache already ... I'm not optimistic. I have a drop dead time to walk out of the meeting for PT though. Then after PT I have a blood draw for my monthly liver check from Methotrexate. Then I need to stop at the jewelry store to get my wedding band fixed and then off to my therapist. Busy day. Don't need this pain and headache today, but I'm going to push through because I don't have any other option...

I hope everyone else is doing well today!

Sorry your dinner wasn't as good as you wished Myself. That happens to me especially with a new recipe from time to time. Sometimes with an old one. Ha!!!

Today is very humid though cooler. Thunderstorms this morning. I am glad it cooled off some though.

Sorry about the migraine CD. Maybe it will go away with the PT. Too bad no massage today, or do you get one at PT?

Myself, I tried the acupuncture, but the needles had wires on them and were stimulated with electricity. Kind of a slight jolt, unless they were turned up too high. It just didn't do anything to help, though I stopped after 4 or 5 treatments, maybe I should of gone longer.
