If you don't want to see a licensed therapist. I suggest going to a local church. Even if you don't attend, go during the week. Go to the office and ask to see the pastor/minister/priest and talk to them about
how you feel. Most are trained in physchology today, and may talk to you weekly or monthly without a fee.
If there is a Salvation Army near you the same thing will apply.
