in sickness we find health,
in dreams of pain,
comfort the day,
rainbows of gold,
warmth be the rays;
dreams of visions,
oceans of seas,
dry thy eyes-
the sky is high
and in health,
we never die.

Karen, your words on the forum are awesome, just to think of how many beautiful caring words of comfort and support is more words of encouragement and support and wisdom than beyond the infinity of words. okay, I guess I am tired. lol.

Having issues with a member at my support group. I actually do not wish this problem on anyone, it is just the how the poem flowed.


MANIPULATOR

Rather like a mosquito
small, plump, annoying;
My presence flicked away.
How oddly comfortable this feels.
Old homes week, who was I kidding?

There is one in every group.
The self imposed matriarch.
Claims your victories, all the while
telling you why you failed.
Hugs turned nasty - no trust.

Manipulating you into failure is a
favorite game.
If others like you; enemy is made;
Jealous to green snot.

Bounderies made, you think you're safe.
Billy goats are smart
Yet manipulators created the Art.

Bob and weave, soon with luck
another person will be engaged
in the manipulators muck!

they be forgotten,
and speaketh from you,
judgements and deed,
as seen by another.
snicker nor sneer,
laughing at the destitute
but for laughing more putrid are you.
be what I say,
say what I be,
never fault yourself,

people actually sometimes get what they wish for, and to their determinant
and the cost of loving partnerships.

feel all lost and at sea, learn to fish, or swim.

if we are our own worst enemy then we actually have none!!
