Need Advice, have posted in many forums plz read!!

 Dauhgter has multiple issue ( so does son, but not discussing him right now, just daughtrer), she is milly autistic, bipilar, adhd, and tourettes. Until ths year the adhd wasnt so bad that she could contain it at school, and the tourettes she kept at home, now she manifesting tourettes and more adhd at school, she also much anxity ,a obecessive compulsive traits, geodon prozac, andbuspar had wroked for awhile with the agressibe, she was hurting me and the cats, buting there  ears til they bled, she talks about blood, and poop, and tees, constantly, its obcessive for her, we try to ignore, to make behaior extinct, but sh ehas an illness, so we are weaning her off the geodnon, on to depakote, which probably a better choice for her. But coming off the geodon is hard, and two we cant afford the geodon its 120 co-pay a month along with everythng else etc etc. I am afraid he is gogint o suggest she try a stimulant, how will that mix with what she is taking, anyone have any experience with a mixutere of meds adults or children , with the stimulants liek ritilin mixed in there, and what is the results, she cannot take the stim by itslef, will worsen the tourettes and the bipolar,

Sh ehas to have the depakote for mood stabilzer, prozac, for helpiing with socialneess at school and anxiety, and it helps her sleep. she has the buspar for added anxiety issues. I am afriud of her taking a stimulant, anyone else out there have this problem and what do you or your child take with the stimulant. i am gogin to paost this in other forums too, really needs other expeirences with multiple meds for mutlple problmes, I know diet is a big thing, and no offense, but please I need advice the meds and what others are taking with stimulants that have other problems as well, thank for any thoughts.....

Thank you sadsunshine, I really need help with both of them SOn comong of the anilify to the depakote is not easy, I think they both need there levels raised ont he depakote, daughter coming ogeodon is freaking things out too, I am too scared to put her on a stimulant , I mean if she only had adhd and no other disorders i would o it, but so scared the stimulant s will worsen other problems, I hope others form othe forums will olease help me, no on really responds to readily, kind of feel in the dark, I really need experiences from others adults or adults with children who have hd to have children on mulitple meds, I am thinking the bipolar forum would have af ew on there, but no responses, its kinda disheartning, when you really dont know where else to turn, but thanks for well wishes and care, I appreciate it..Love...Sheryl

This is tru Rosie, and coffee does calm her down, but still the lack of appetite ould still be there and she could possibly have sleep probelms these are my concerns, and I dont wnat to worsen her tics, yes I will post in bp forum and see if Dana can help me, thanks rosie, so much for all you do, and your support, you have been a life saver for me in thislast year, Ii shall take soem decaffiented tea please, i need calm down and the klonipin really isnt doing it. he said xanax wasnt any better than the kloinoin, said xanax was short lived,and too much of an up and down effect, where the klonipin was more long lasting and more consistant, so he tripled my dose of it, that tells you how stressed and anxious i am, I still wish I could use my old stand by valium, but he says to short lived an dsame problme wiht the rebound effect, feels klonipin is best choice, it takes the edge off, but not really enough, oh well, i will keep faithin God, ask him to guide my way.
