The pool, I am jealous Myself. But it is suppose to be 70 here on Sunday. Heat wave I must say!!!
Pretty soon my flowers will be popping up again. They started and then it snowed on them.
I Hope you have a fantastic day.

Here, too! Sounds like you guys finally got the spring message. Good for you!
I finally bit the bullet and joined the YMCA again. It is pricey but there are good pool facilities. They have a lap pool and a teaching pool, as well as a whirlpool. The schedule isn't very user-friendly, since it the only gym with a pool in the city. Basically, the only time of day I can get there is 3-4. But I do love the pool, and the fact it is two blocks from home!

That is awesome that it is close to you. Actually walking distance if need be. I hope you enjoy the pool today...
Still sunny here, this is awesome. Went for a walk in the sunshine. Still chilly though, but loving it.
Hugs, Karen...

hello all. hoping you all have a good day. even in our darkest of hours we have hope. when I get fubar I think I of people in some countries that chain people to the ground as there form of care. still happens. it all starts with us, our recovery and reality is born from compassion and then our own pro-activeness. many healing thoughts.

Another beautiful day here. Seems funny to be able to say that after a long winter. Snow is almost completely gone...
I hope all of you are having a good day/night...

Hello all, Sorry that I am still not all caught up, but with the steroid and my bronchitis I am still dragging bum here. I am starting to feel a bit better but I have to take it slow. I did way too much today so I am burnt out. Anxiety is kind of high and I am not sure why. Oh well... hope all are well and I will be back tomorrow.

Hello all. Sorry for my absence. It is a busy time of year for me. Yard clean up, patio set up, new plants going in, etc.
The slipcovers I made for the patio chairs last year still look great so that cuts down on this years work! I've moved the table to the front part of the yard and set up some amber lights to surround the seating area. I think the table and chairs will get more use this year as a result.
We've had frost still. Unfortunately, by the time I could plant the dry root sea holly, they had rotted in the package. Waah! Hopefully, Lowe's still has live plants.
Planted the new varieties of sunflowers. Between them and the ones that self seeded, I should have an interesting display this year.
The Carolina Jasmine didn't survive the winter, but the clematis did. I'm not concerned. There are always morning glories to climb that side of the arch.
Hope everyone has a great day...

Thank you Pitmom for sharing. I can visualize everything from your descript
ion. I love clematis. I use to have them but they died off. Now I have grape vines climbing.
Take care and have a good day. I am glad your slip covers made it for another year!
Hugs, Karen...

-waves at everyone-
Graded this am and had a phone interview this afternoon. Now I am headed out to the garden plot in the country. I rented one for the summer. Today is planting beans and flowers from seed. I have a ton of seed pots in the kitchen with little plants in various stages of growth. I am enjoying my green thumb experimentation

***waves back***
M09, that's so cool. I didn't even know renting a garden plot was a thing. Do you have to weed it and water it and stuff?
