How many of you have problems with irritability? I'm feeling extra irritable lately.

When I am depressed, I am super irritable. I hate that...
I hope that you feel better soon Crispy.

Try controlled breathing and relax all of your muscles, it often helps with the tension...

My boyfriend is really getting on my nerves today. I will try the breathing.

Wow, that stinks. I know, my husband was on my nerves this morning. He didn't sleep well and kept waking me up last night. Fortunately he had somewhere to go. Hopefully I will be out of the funk by the time he gets back.
If it gets bad, make sure to let your boyfriend know that it is you, not him. That way he wont be offended if you lash out in any way. Hopefully the breathing will help. I find when I get that way, I am usually tense. The breathing relaxes me. So does the muscle relaxation. It also takes my mind off things.
I hope you feel better, know that this wont last forever. But yea, I know how it feels.
Hugs, Karen...
