Sorry I have not posted lately. So much to do since we moved-- still in temporary housing -- feeling very unsettled to say the least.
Joyce, I am so sorry for your loss. Anniversaries of all sorts are so difficult when we have lost someone. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Where we used to live, I remember seeing a newborn fawn. He (and apparently his mom) were settled under our deck. I think mom went out for food, and I saw the little one. At first glance I thought it was a dog, with really long legs! I had to do a double take!

Hello all

I was super anxious on the 14th. Oh it was bad! Then I cried and felt better. I had a ton of extra energy today and I just did some stuff around the house and ran errands. I am super tired now and relaxed. I am also super hot. I don't like the heat it makes my stomach hurt and so I am dealing with that right now. Ugh! Its so much better than yesterday's troubles though. I hope everyone is well and stays that way. Be back soon.

The weekend is HERE...and it's a sizzler again. Rain, sun, rain, sun...ugh.

Doing nothing today...Oh yes...I am making a list, grocery shopping tomorrow.

Just fed the birds. I have two squirrels that munch scraps on the ground. I enjoy them more than the fellow last year... That guy was a circus acrobat. He would jump from the bird bath up to the feeder... or would climb a tree and walk on the wire to reach the feeder.... He was clever, but a pain in the butt.

Hi Everyone....

I can't believe it is nighttime already. I was productive this morning, I finally finished my taxes and filed them. I was so scared that I was going to have to owe a lot of money and couldn't bring myself to do it. I know, warped reasoning. But anyway, thanks to congress the forgiven debt I had ended up being non taxable, I am getting money back!!

I then tried to work on my resume for a few hours and wasn't getting too far with it so I took a nap. Now I'm trying to convince myself to clean my main floor. I forgot whose idea this was, but I'm going to use the timer in a few minutes to start. I'm so trying to get motivated. Thank god for the air conditioner I just put in yesterday.

Perhaps I will come back here later tonight. I hope everyone is doing well!

One Good thing today, purchased Jackson Browne sheet music on line 18.00 and using youtube to practice THE LOAD UP aka Stay

I am in such a state of, hell I don't know.

I gave up facilitation at the support group, told them to put me on the shelf and when I am able we would talk about it. Wed group is small and I know everyone, seems to be the only group I can get myself to.

I sleep alot. Force, force myself so hard to go downstairs and be with hubby when he comes home. It is not him, I just feel so much safer upstairs in the bedroom.

Therapist says it is fear and anger, found out a lot is from my father, finally getting to that ******! so much so much so much, crap. How do I find the strength to drive and go to session?

I am reading a book that is helping with my self forgiveness and faith. entitled What do you do with your guilt? R C Sprout

Well I will stop whineing now and let you all get back to your day. AC is down so I can wear 2 shirts, layers make me feel safer. Weird uh?

Hot but right in the middle of a rather severe thunder and lightening storm right now...so will be brief and shut this computer down.

Saw the eye doctor for a follow up today, and scratch on the eyeball is improving.

Hi all - Doing OK, still working on getting settled.
Trina, so sorry you are having a rough time. You are such a caring person, sharing so much good advice and listening to everyone.
Take good, gentle care of yourself - as Karen said, small steps, which it sounds like you are doing. Know we care.
Yeah, Karen, my hands cramp up too -- lately they have been hurting a lot. Probably arthritis.
Joyce, hope that your eye continues to improve.

Didn't sleep a wink last nite, but it was one of those times that it didn't bother me. Lupin slept well thou. Have done some dishes, had breakfast, and am almost done my laundry and it is only 10 am!
Will surely sleep well tonite.

It is 11:57 here so I will still say "Good Morning"!

It is blue skies today, warm and breezy. I hope to go for a walk soon.

Hubby is in town so I am putzing around the house. Got vacuuming done, need to do dishes next. I get sick of housework. But it has to be done.

Hope, I know the arthritis. I have had it mildly for awhile. Years I guess. But it isn't too bad yet, though I have some pretty crooked fingers on my right hand. I get sharp pains but they are short. I feel fortunate about that. It could be worse. I hope you are having a good day today.

Derwood, I am sorry that you didn't sleep. I Don't sleep a lot but I do get about six hours at night. I get up real early. I like it because it is quiet. You got a lot done this morning, you will sleep good tonight. I have a habit of napping now. So I pick up an hour here and there.

Jamie, Trina, Myself, UA, Joan, SFBabe, Joyce, PItmom, Cass and anybody I missed. I hope you all have a good day too. I hope you all have nice weather today.

Hope;, your words are so kind, and needed. As I feel I have little empathy or compassion at the moment. Digging deep past my poop.

Karen, I get hand cramps too, use arthritis cream 4 times a day.

I am tearful on and off most days, Sat. I remembered my fathers threat, if I told anyone about his abuse. He would leave me on a City street corner. We lived in what was the country then, horse farms and orchards.

The dialect is gone and I am falling with out a net.

Joyce it is good to see you post. I just bought a book entitled THE WEIRD WORLD OR WORDS. Great distraction! Like the dot over the I is at 'tittle' and the ball at the top of a flag pole is a 'truck'.

Enough, we get long posts as it is. Thanks for listening.

Self compassion. Sometimes hard to do. But you are learning it. But sometimes it is the hardest thing to accomplish. But keep forgiving yourself through the process.

I feel real bad that you are struggling so. I hope it starts to get easier. I understand it is a process. It takes time.

Worn out. Spent the morning re-staking my tomatoes--a windstorm blew them over. I didn't lose any though. I have a melon getting near ready to pick. My bell peppers are still in bad shape. I should probably just pull them out.

Shower, clean kitchen, relax. In that order.

Myself, seems to be a bad year for peppers. I don't grow them myself, but a few neighbors do and they are complaining about them, too.

Here, it seems to be a great year for cucumbers, after several bad years. I picked 8 just this morning!

Doc put me on Wellbutrin. Hoping it doesn't give me vertigo like the others I've tried. It's not that I'm having a tough, tough time lately but the bug thing is pushing me closer to the edge. And besides, maybe I'll be one of those that quits smoking while on it! Wouldn't that be great?!

Got some shelves put up in the new shed and now all of my tools are in their 'new home' and out of the living room! My son took what he wanted to from his bins and the rest are at the curb! Daughter will be sorting her stuff, too.

Personal stuff going on...no details just now...not sure how things will go.

Ah, cucumbers!! I thought I bought Japanese cucumbers-they turned out to be a seeded type. Mislabeled. I brought 2 home this AM to join another three already here! My hot peppers and the hot bell peppers are fine--It's only the sweet peppers that up and died for no reason.

Interesting about the Mad Hatter. Good historical nugget.

Like to hear about your gardens! With the move this year, I didn't get a garden. I did put some packets of seeds in the car - found them yesterday. I want to buy some pots soon for our next house. I am going to try and plant them - the growing season is long here.
Pitmom- like hearing about your organization in your shed.when we finally get in our house I am going to have an enormous job getting organized.
Trina - I hope you are feeling a little better today. It is so hard to deal with such difficult memories. Maybe your tears will help release them. I have been tearful lately too. The stress of moving and anxiety about driving and not knowing where things have made me just burst out in tears a lot.
Derwood - sounds like you got a lot done. When I haven't slept well I usually feel awful the next day.

Hope, yes I can imagine the stress of moving is not helping your anxiety. We moved 7 times in our first 10 yrs of marriage!

Interesting. Mrs. F27 and I grow little pots of oat grass for Feline27 and one of the pots has refused to grow. Given the problems y'all are experiencing with random veg, I sense that there may be a conspiracy afoot. It's probably Monsanto or the hippies.

Sorry as hell you're going through all this Trina. I sincerely hope this is one of the last skeletons in your closet that need to be exorcised. I'm sure you're sick of this.

We have had a few nice days. Promising to be VERY hot this weekend. I don't do well in the heat.

One hot day I fell asleep with all my clothes on.
