I can see how a therapist might be able to help for some insomnia situations, but for the majority of us I would say, no, it won't help. Lots of us it has more to do with physical causes, like hormones, caffeine, etc.
It would be interesting to find out if there are therapists who actually specialize in insomnia... I wonder?
