I know a lot of folks here mention using meditation as part of their treatment. I used to practice, but have gotten out of the habit. Can't seem to get started again either.
Just wondering what people do to keep themselves on track, and get started with meditation. My former therapist recommended meditating with a group. I haven't found one here.
