Believe me I can empathize with you. I was like that also for a whole year (crying daily, feeling tired, not wanting to go out, etc. but I finally went to see the doctor. Have you spoken to your doctor about your condition? I began praying and reading the Bible but physically was still very out of control of my emotions.
It was the hardest thing for me to admit I needed help. I kept thinking it would get better but it didn't. I was given medications (for Depression and for anxiety) which I reluctantly took and it has helped by giving me lots of energy to do the things I need to do in the day, i.e. errands, projects, combing my hair and dressing, basic things like that. At first the medication may make you feel "funny" but by the third day or so your body will adjust. See a doctor, if your haven't already, they will know what types of questions to ask and can recommend medications to treat it so you can at least be more in control of your life rather than Depression/anxiety being in charge of your life.
You will be so relieved afterwards that you discussed it with your doctor.
