I am glad you feel that this could be the last hurdle. Healing can be hard, but you keep moving forward and that is the best anybody could do. Keep hanging in there, your experiences are a teacher. For all of us.

Well,it is not an infection. Apparently, I managed to crack the bridge completely. The sharp edges of the teeth were digging into my tongue, cheek,and gumline. They put the part of the bridge I recovered in as a temporary measure. Now, if I want to get it replaced, I have to raise 1000 bucks.

On the plus side, radishes and broccoli rabe are thriving, chard and fennel are up, and my wee squash and tomato plants are happy under their covers.

We are going to see LaLa Land at the discount theatre tonight. That will be nice. Tutoring now. So tired of being overwhelmed. Just keep swimming.

Lynwood- I am sorry that your flowers are not right. I have a black thumb so I can't grow anything. Lol

Myself- I am glad your plants are doing so. I am also glad that you do not have an infection. I am sorry that the repair will cost so much. Can you not get dental insurance or make payments? I hope it all works out soon. I hope La la land was good.

Trina- I hope that your counseling helps, it is hard to revisit the past, but as long as it is controlled and you feel better at the end, then it is well worth it. I hope that you will post and let us know when you feel you can.

Pitmom- I am so glad that you are feeling better! Pain is the worst , my mom is having bad leg pain and I believe it is making her super sick. I hope the warm weather continues for you. I am glad that your plants are doing good too.

Lynn, I feel your disappointment. Several years ago I planted 4 different varieties of grape vines. These plants take about 3 years to produce any fruit. I tended them carefully. One died. The others ALL produced the SAME grapes! Sigh. Once I got the dog I gave away the grapevines. Grapes are toxic for dogs.

Waiting and having expectations...try to be glad that despite the wacky weather, your efforts produced flowers! They may not be the ones you expected but at least they didn't totally fail or be 'stolen' by squirrels! Perhaps it was a packaging error, that the flowers don't match what was advertised as being in the pack of bulbs. If you saved the package, you might try taking a picture of the flowers you have and complain to the company. They might just send you replacements.

One of my 'pet peeves' is that the packages usually just show the flowers. They don't show a detail of the foliage or what they look like when the first break ground! I've seen so many people think they are pulling weeds and it turns out they have pulled the very plants the worked hard to get started! I had 2 plants break ground in the main bed, forgetting that I had planted there last fall...it drove me nuts for a couple of days! It gets a bit confusing since I have a type of tiger lily that self seeds and has a similar look in early spring. The lily plants have become a nuisance in parts of my beds. Glad I didn't yank these 2 out! I tell everyone to take pictures of their beds at all stages of plant development and draw a representation of any changes, like a homes floor plan. Obviously, I failed to note the 'changes' on my 'master plan'. This not only is helpful to me but, should I ever sell this place, it will help the new owner.

I have been doing some gardening too. Early in January I bought
a catnip growing "kit". It was basically a mini greenhouse with soil,
seeds, clear cover, etc. I followed the instructions and I had little
catnip sprouts within about a week. Things continued to go well for
about 10 weeks, and then one day about 2 weeks ago I noticed the crop was wilting quite badly. I'm not at all sure what caused it, but I
suspect it may have gotten a chill near the window one night.
A lot of the mini-crop has died but there is still quite a bit of green, healthy looking catnip, so I am still hopeful that I will
have a " crop ". I am growing this for amusement and for Lupins
enjoyment, so I have my fingers crossed that I might yield enough
for Lupin to have some " medical" herb one day
All is going well here at the moment.

I drink 32oz or more of water a day. Benefits are more emotional balance, kidneys are washed of meds and healthier, pipes work better!

Checking in. Raining. No gardening today. My pain level is getting worse and more constant. Start the day 'bad' and get progressively worse throughout the day. The damp chill has seeped into my bones once again.

Fighting the invitation to the pity party.

C'mon girl, think! Oh, I still have some new starts I could pot up in the house. Yeah, maybe that will help.

Hope everyone is having a better day. I'm so glad you are all here to touch base with.

Sunny and mild here today. A few more weeks will make a big difference in temperate where I live. Springtime weather! Love it!
My Effexor taper continues to go well. The last 3 or 4 nights I have
had the most wonderful deep sleeps with no nightmares. It feels
like a luxury to sleep as well as I have lately.
Pitmom, I'm glad everyone is here to chat and touch base with too.

I feel so silly! I have the uti, small btw. Some blood in urine but she wasn't sure if it was from the infection or my monthly. So I got the meds, I am now home and I go potty and I know it's a period! This explains why I have been feeling the way I do for a couple of weeks! Gosh I feel so silly! Lol

My doctor also said that kidney infections from a uti are very rare and it would take a lot bacteria to do that. The blood is normal even it was from the uti. I really feel so silly about all of this. I am tired and that is normal but I was so anxious about this all of this. Now I feel so much better.

It looks beautiful out (finally) but it is a little chilly. Hopefully in an hour or so I will be able to get out for a walk without freezing.

Did I mention my lavender came back again? I think I did, but I am so excited about it!!!

Happy planting to all of you who garden or have flowers... I hope to go to a greenhouse soon and get some tomato plants and hanging baskets of flowers.

Jamie, I hope that being chaotic goes away soon. Remember your breathing. Meditation... I hope you get a good sleep.

Karen- I am glad it is nice for you! Spring is here I believe! I am glad that your lavender is back! I can't keep it around, son is allergic.

Trina- I am so sorry you had to put your fur baby down. We had to do this with our doggy in Aug 2016. My heart still hurts, I miss her all the time. Goose is in another place, maybe even playing with my Ebony! I hope you slept well and be easy on you for a little bit, you need it.


So much pain!! I don't like being female! Lol. I took my antibiotics last night and my bladder feels a ton better! Thank goodness! I only slept for 2 hours so I need more sleep. Be back later.
