The following link has 2 pages from the book HOW TO TRAIN A WILD ELEPHANT and other adventures in mindfulness, by Jan Chosen, MD.
I love Monty Python. I can say without a moments hesitation, that the "silly walk" save myself and others at times of great stress at work over the years. Humor truly is the best medicine!
If you are not aware of the silly walks, find some courage to give yourself some love and log onto youtube, search for "Ministry of Silly Walks"
I am hoping this brings a smile to someones face, and/or
opens up a new skill to break a dark spell.
Peace
Trina

Love it. You had me at monty python. Not many of us left out there that even seem to know who they were much less like their stuff. And "ministry of the Silly Walks" is priceless. Great suggestion.

Since you are the brain, remember to bring a 'shrubbery' and 'weaponry' to battle the ATTACK RABBIT
or else you are will starting off on a most DEPRESSING AND AGANST filled journey.
Peace

Where'd you get the coconuts? ****!
In order to be 'part of my family', one must be indoctrinated by watching Holy Grail!

you are all now my fwiends and I shall call you all Biggus and some day we can all meet at the castle aaaargh and dine upon some cheese and spam while sitting upon our comfy chairs awaiting the Spanish inquisition. And pass around pictures of hamster mother's and fart in each other's general directions. But just beware of the thin mint.
someone is bound to chuckle at that. LOL
