I've just joined today, just wanted to say hello! and tell you abit about myself. I've struggled with anxiety and depression on and off for many years. This year has been particularly tough due to my son mainly who is struggling with anxiety, SPD and possible ASD. Despite battling on with relaxation/ mindfulness etc. I was spiralling downwards. I'm not a fan of taking medication but I know I had tried everything naturally to help me feel better but it wasn't working. 2 months ago I started Lexapro, which I had been on many years ago. It started working ok on the half but on the full tablet I started to feel worse plus had side effects of pins and needles all over my body and visual disturbances. I've now started Zoloft, so we will see how that goes.not feeling too flash this morning after taking half last night. Got a blinding headache but will see how we go. I hope everyone has a lovely weekend.

Margie, the grocery store that I go to gives out gas coupons if you spend enough money on groceries. There is a participating gas station near by. That is how I get a discount on gas. As long as they keep doing it, I save. Ha...

I think I rarely do this, I don't actually know, try not to be a 'sad sack' at any rate'

I am scared, well extremely anxious over a ENT Doc appointment tomorrow morning..
Last Tuesday I went for an exam. GP sent me to ENT
4 weeks of localized pain on the right side, pain going into ear canal, and a feeling of my skill tightening in my throat.. Anything I swallowed burned..
Was coughing up a few things I did not like!

Doc put me on 1,000mg [yes one thousand] of anti-biotics twice a day, a very thorough and painful exam.
Throat does feel better, severe pain is gone.. yucks appear to gone.

Had the MRI done yesterday am. 45min, hard near the end. Long time.. Head pain did not like it.
What ever it is, it is still there, there is something not right, I can feel it.. Try real hard to not think about, do pretty well most of the time.

I am hoping it is just part of some weird infection. Tonsils have been long gone.

If you pray to what/who ever you have have faith in, I would appreciate a word or two for my health.

soon the year will be over. i am hoping for some family business to be concluded by then. lovely day. put more shading up yesterday, the cloth stuff, seventy % stuff. had the lounge window, huge done last year. took 2 peeps. i did my bedroom large and by myself up a step ladder. trimmed it off with industrial scissors, nice job. did back kitchen window, smaller, ground soft, had 2 put boards down as not to sink!! i mean i am not small, in weight!! lol. tardy job, pipes and stuff. who cares. weather is ace. been walkies yesterday and today. did some dishes and put clothes in washer. and some bottles of water to get cold. cranking some ozzie. feelin' better on the 200mg of lamictal. just need to sort me brain fog. visit mum we will for birthday tomoz. keep strong my friends.
