Sorry you are having such a bad time.
A blood test is a good idea, thyroid conditions can worsen depression.
Have you heard of coping skills, do you use any? it is hard at first but gets easier.
Have you talked to you psychiatrist ? perhaps your meds need tweaking, won't fix the whole issue but could help enough to get you up and out.
do you see a therapist? I do and it helps so much.
