That's excellent, congratulations!
I take it that NDIS is Australia's equivalent of our Social Security (SSDI)? It's certainly great to get approved, as I gather from those who succeeded, though it can also take time and be a pain. I've always thought that it should be made easier for those who need it, since they have enough to deal with already.

Cheers guys. Thx trendy..love the song...
Paul, it is one step above our disability pension. It pertains to services for quality of life, assistance, services, allied etc.
I been on disability nearly twenty yrs, brhis is about
making life easier and happier and to achieve more.
Basically an insurance for people whom live with disabilities that require extra support. Yep that's why it a ball tearer to be approved.
Next is the interview-begging phase !!! Will advise

Congratulations Jamie! I hope you get it.
Trying to think of an UK equivalent, but I don't think there is one from what you've said. For disability, there's a higher rate and a standard rate, but that just relates to money - the higher rate is worth more, obviously.
