Is it ok to have dental implant work on duloxetine (cymbalta)

Hi read that some antidepressants impede healing of bone from implants,
But I couldn't find information on this. The Cymbalta manufacturer said nothing in their literature so it's fine. I read ssri's can cause a problem, this is an snri.
Anybody have experience. This is for my daughter.

Hi Jayce,

I am on duloxetine and I just had a hip replacement. The implant is designed so that the bone grows into a matrix in the metal. My surgeon didn't want me to take any ibuprofen because that can inhibit bone growth but he never said anything about SNRI's and I am doing very well.
