Hi all.

Productive day. Cleaning with cleaner some shopping some admin and some bits of small cleaning tonight. Did some prep cleaning last night.

Had good video chat with coordinator yesterday. Mate popped for a chat today.

No news on the red bullet. Will advise. Keep 💪 everyone. HT

Breaking daylight here, I can see sky through the trees. I like getting up early and having peaceful coffee. My favorite time of day.

I hope you get some news on the red bullet Jamie. That's your baby in for treatment. I hope she survives and you will be riding once again.

Today I saw my psychiatrist at a local community health center, which is something I've been doing once every two months for several years.

We had a good chat. We always do.

I remember seeing a friend in a orivate psych hosp....i was not the best myself and she quibbles one million dollars or your health i said health she said well you don't need an admission then. She was right.

Yes, money is nothing compared to mental health. Been there done that!

If I ever get admitted again, it will be the last time. Number 7, and my husband by paper only, will succeed in having me committed for at least 6mos.

As long as I have a roof, food, bed and a dog, I will be good.

Just got back from Rhode Island a few hours ago. It's good to be home, especially since I have some leftover cake in my refridgerater, which I will eat much of later on tonight.

Hello all,
I have been in a very bad space lately. My doctor wrote an rx to help with anxiety that my tools are not working very well, that in turn has my depression up also. Today my sinuses are so very painful and nothing I do is helping. So that is not helping anything. I wanted to check in and say I am okay. Be safe and be strong.

Hi JD,

Have you tried steam? Pan of hot water and a towel over your head? I put a few pine needles in it and call it an herbal sauna. Steam can loosen things up. I have a sinus headache this morning. Weather changing I think.

Today I went to a local Farmer's Market just to look around and listen to the Celtic music band that was also performing at the market. I thought the band sounded pretty good.

JD, if you do not have pine needles try an oil or some Vicks.

Also for tools, do you use ice to ground yourself? Hold ice or an ice pack til your hand hurts, work well for me.

There is a phone app free! INSIGHT TIMER things are separated by subject, almost endless, music, meditations, talks etc. from 2min 1.5 hrs

Karen- Steam has not helped with pine or eucalyptus leaves. I have had hot wash rags and heating pads(wrapped of course) on them. I am at my ends at this point as it is still bad today.

Trina- I have had vicks on and near me the whole time. I am trying all my little tricks and tips and I find very little if any relief.

My face is a bit swollen today and it is noticeable, so seems like doctor time at this point. Ugh I do not wanna! Lol I sound like a 2 year old. Thanks for the suggestions. Be safe and have a good day y'all.

Forgive me if I ask a stupid question but I can't remember if you have seen a doctor? You may have a sinus infection and need medication. Especially if you aren't getting any relief yet. I hope that you feel better soon. I am sorry for what you are going through.

I just read your lasts paragraph again. I am tired, and I don't want to start this post over. Again, I hope that you feel better soon and get some relief.

My head has been all over the place lately. Feeling down one minute, then numb the next. I feel like I'm existing, not living life to the fullest. I think it's due to me being isolated.

Trying to find some joy, which I have at time, but it's really hard at time. I need to switch my mind set and look at the glass half full, instead of half empty.

It's crazy how things can change at in a day. I find myself wondering about this virus, how it started, etc. Really need to dig into my tool box and start limiting my news intake.

Today, I don't have to mow the lawn at the house I live in, as the grass isn't tall enough yet.

It would be a rather hot day today for me to mow the lawn since we're in a heat wave here. Maybe the temperature will be cooler in a couple of days in which then I can mow the lawn.

JD- Yes a doc appointment seems needed. Until your appointment maybe using saline spray a few times a day.

Keeps Nasal passages moist, non-addictive as other nose sprays are.

Hi all. Still here, still 'healthy'.
JD, I had sinus issues/pain with no clear reason why. Recently, I had torus removed from the roof of my mouth and no more sinus pain from rain and humidity. Might consider seeing the dentist as well.

I've been having a lot of pain issues in my right hand/wrist. Might have to give in and get carpal tunnel surgery. Wonder if they can remove the ganglion from the back of the wrist in the same surgery?

My shoulders have been bad, too. Explosions in the joint and feeling like someone is trying to rip my shoulder blades off my back.

Had words with my friend, too. I'm tired of her saying the things I do for my neighborhood and my town are 'a waste of time' and that I'm being 'a nosy busy body'. Funny, I never heard her complain when the things I do are of help to her! We're not speaking at the moment. I think it's definitely time for a change. As much as I hate losing people from my life (friends are hard to come by these days) I just can't let people talk bad about me...to me...anymore.

I don't blame you Pitmom, sounds like she is jealous.

Try not to let it get you down. You do a lot of nice stuff for people, be proud of yourself.

I got a massager for a friend for her shoulders. It looks like a vest. massages and puts out heat. I found it on Amazon. You might need something like that.

Spoke with my therapist and told her lonely I feel at times. This pandemic has made me reevaluate a lot of things.

I like being by myself, but lately I've been thinking how nice it would be to have a partner who I am compatible with. My therapist suggested I do online dating. I did it when I was younger, but honestly have no desire to get back on it. However, it seems this is the only thing right now as I am not going anywhere and most places are closed.

I've read some articles about people having virtual dates. Lol. How odd is that?

If I'm completely honest, a big part of me is fearful to get back on the dating scene. I haven't been in a lot of relationships and the one's I've had weren't healthy.

Anyway, hope everyone is well.

Have you thought more about the online dating? I would be afraid myself. I had a friend that went on a few dates with men she met online. Nothing really came of it. But I guess it is just as safe as men you meet in bars. Probably better really. Let us know how it goes.

I think a lot of us are reevaluating a lot of things too.
