Hi all

Doc did give me an rx for a sinus infection again. So I was on that. Feeling better now.

Pain in my arms,legs and hands is super bad now. I can not take much more of this pain. I am just an anxious depressed mess right now and so tired from it all. Well I hope all is well. Stay safe

JD, I'm also glad that the medication for your sinuses is working. Do you know what is causing your pain? Do you think it could be some residual from covid? I hope your doctor can provide you with answers and that you feel better soon.

Hi Gettingby, I'm still ambivalent about doing online dating. I did it when I was much younger and never had much success although I know people who meet their significant other on it.

I just don't like dating process in general. However, I'm not meeting people now since I don't go out much with everything going on. Although NY is slowly opening up, there are still a lot of restrictions and people are understandably weary of going out to places, so my social interaction is limited.

Hope Luna is doing better.

GB, do you think the operation was still worth it? I hope the behavioral class helps. I use to watch the 'Dog Whisperer' who really would worked wonders in changing a dog's behavior.

Talking about your dog, reminds me off a story my friend told me ages ago. My friend's friend use to house/dog sit. However, the dog was anxious and acting up, so the owners got a therapist for their dog.

My friend's friend was so nervous that the therapist would find out from the dog that they use to have their significant other over when they weren't suppose too. It gave me such a good laugh and made me never trust someone to house/dog sit for me. 😆.

I do think that the operation was worth it. I no longer am getting blood spatter on the walls. But now I have to clean it all up. It was bad. Her tail has healed but the spinning still goes on. I figured it would. Habit.

That is funny about the dog and therapist. I watched Dog Whisperer too. Love Cesar.

Hi, I haven't posted in a while. I spent about 10 days at my little Utah house because I could. I didn't take my laptop with me and I don't know how to post on my phone although I guess I could try to figure it out. Anyway, The lawn was a mess and there were mega weeds everywhere. It was so bad that my neighbor across the street, whom I had never met, came over and asked me if his son could mow the lawn. Thank goodness, because I could not use the mower yet due to my shoulder. I did do some marathon weeding, all with my left hand.

I am back home now and had my 6 week ortho follow up on Tuesday and am now cleared to use the lawn mower, which is great, because my lawn is a wilderness. I can't use the weed whacker yet, though. My mood is much better since my restrictions have been lifted and I have gone to PT. I still get lonely but there are more things I can do to pass the time. And I get to talk to my PT twice a week, which is 2 times more than I usually get to talk to anyone in person.

I really wanted to use this time off to go see my mother in California, but since she is 94 I am afraid I might bring Covid with me. I would have to drive, also, since I don't want to fly. Same thing with visiting my son in Oregon.

Jamie, I am really happy that you are in your new house. Is the scooter fixed?

Don't get rid of them until Trina sees this, she is into books.

Today was good but got some sad news about a friend. But they say the Lord picks perfect flowers. It wasn't covid related. Then it got me thinking of somebody else I lost years ago. So I been fighting the dragon today. I feel at peace though so that is good. Thanks to texting with a good friend. Trina, thank you.

Today, I got my blood test at a nearby community health center, which I do once per month. The reason is because I'm on a psychiatric medication. They need to know that my white blood cell count is where it should be.

Life continues to be overwhelming
MIL is impossible
Won’t sign POA for husband and probably not in sound mind to do
She needs more care than we can handle
I think we will both die first
Now to top it all off we had a 3 hr storm on Tues and have been without power since
They are not expecting restoration until next Tuesday
Here with a well that means no water and flushing toilet with a bucket of water hauled upstairs from the hot tub
Am I Job?
