Hi i guess the turtle is doing one of his mental health posts, been awhile.
Just thought it be good to keep in mind if ya mental health tool box is in good shape.
In difficult times like these, a healthy tool box is a great form of strength.
Don't forget to use the tools, otherwise they get rusty!
Self care is of prime importance, reaching out and keeping engaged,
in whatever you are doing.
Just finished another mosaic, grouted it earlier today,
it is the bodhi tree.
Going on respite monday, self care.

I am always updating my tool box. As if I did not have my tool box I would be a mess all of the time. Lol I am glad I saw this post. You are an amazing person HT

No amazing anything. Sorry a lot of stress @ the moment, just after respite, err. Tool box, music, playing some Yngwie Malmsteen. Just a human, rather a turtle. HT

Actually, got into his Melbourne gig, Eclipse album, so i was just 17. Fake i.d, got booted, stayed strong hung by the door. The cops were driving past, and the door person, a lady said, get in, and no drinking, i followed her request. So amped, my mate and i went over to the beach after the show, close by, 1 am, i go for a dip, i get dragged out by a fast rip, didn't panic, swam 1k sideways, past the rip, and came back in. My mate was freaking out. True story.

This is the way mild aging should be nice memories that we can laugh at and talk about
