Hey there. Still putting one foot in front of the other here. Recent breast cancer diagnosis is the 'fun event' of the month. Right after I had lost a few pounds and begun to feel hopeful. smh

I had BC in 2021, did a lot of radiation. All is well so far now.

I have seen my doc this morning,
Basically the fatigue, the pain, insomnia and nocturia has finally broken me a little.
Started zoloft to assist the lamotrigine, to assist me as well.
50mg for 3weeks and assess.

Keep strong, you are all imn my thoughts. HT

Hello all-oh so glad to be in company with my closest healing well friends!
I have been struggling with anxiety and depression severely but I am putting up such a front- no one knows. Nights are the worst. Husband works very early morning so he's in bed by 6:30. I only stay up until 9 but in those hours I am free to consume myself with my worries, my grief of my son, my loneliness. I have more responsibilities than I am comfortable having but there is no one to delegate them to. I forgot all about this forum shame on me,

Its good to catch up- HT hope your meds create a perfect balance.
Lynnwood and Karen may you continue to heal and be healed.

Starting 100mg of Zoloft tomorrow.
My partner took one for the team, i only see the doc as first cab of the rank,
Yep 8.30am. 10 min drive, we both got coffee, extra caramel shot, yum.
