I agree, Akram, dont be so hard on you.....you did very well for weeks ;) its a great step forward, hang in there i know you can do it :)

my latest attempt, I'm doing good so far, it's the 15 day mark :)
elisha your words are very nice thank you and janetlee, shell67,atedogs , brownleaf and mysts ..

I wake-up a little earlyer than before so I can make sure I arrive in time. like around 8 AM. waking up seems to get eazier by the day. as long as I try to sleep early. I slept at 10:30 PM last night and I was full of energy in the morning. I think the medication is really starting to kick in now, but it's not just the medication it's me, i'm trying to change myself for the better.

That's great Akram!  Everyday should get alittle easier, hopefully.  I go to bed at 9pm...like an old women (im 32)..but get up at 4am since my cat paws at me to let him out of my room so he can use the litterbox and eat.  Such a pest...

Akram~just reading through the other treads i have been really excited for you for keeping it up for a long time.  Even tho you fall just pick yourself off, dust off and keep going.  I have faith in you.  GOOD LUCK! in all you do but go day by day, week by week, and then when you hit one month you can go month by month...ha.

Akram, every day is a triumph!  Keep putting one foot in front of the other.  Sometimes I think that simple things are the things that pull us through.  When I first hit a true depression that I needed meds to pull out of I knew that I needed something that would make me feel successful.  I made sure that I made the bed everyday.  It was a small thing but it allowed me to keep moving forward and believe that good things would happen.  You rock!

Hi guys,

A little disapontment yesterday I skipped going to work :( I duno what the company is going to do, maybe take 1 day of my monthly salary who knows.

but I'm gona keep trying and this is, July 16th this maybe be the one lol
