I am so fed up with everything.  I am fed up with life in general.  I just want to scream.  I saw the therapist that is working with my husband and I today and she could see that I felt completely and totally defeated by the system and by life in general.  She asks me "what do I need?"  The answer is I don't know.  I don't know anymore.  Everything hurts, especially emotionally.  I'm constantly exhausted.  But to express myself I feel like a whiner because it's the same old same old.  I just don't know what to do anymore....  I am lost and frustrated.  Everything is so hard.  I see my doctor on the 30th and I'm going to explore going on sick leave again and see what he thinks.  But I'm afraid of going on sick leave cause of the short fall of money and I'm not sure if we'll be able to keep my daughter in subsidized daycare where she's very happy.   Anyways, I have to get going.  I don't want to miss my bus tonight.  I just thought it might help to get this off my chest.  Not sure it did.  But thanks for listening anyways...

Slowly,

Well I just got through having a huge cry over feeling defeated and trampled on by life, so under how frustrating it is to feel so alone and lost.

It's okay to express how bad things are...I don't see it as whining but just being honest and letting some of the pain out.

I hope that things do get better though.

 I am right in there with you guys.So lonely and defeated right now,in a house with a husband thats leaving soon...A good scream would be a great release...Please take care and feel better.I'm working on it and hope you will too.It always helps to talk... :-)
