Hello Everybody

Well I just thought I'd post since I've just started being treated for depression. I also have crohn's disease so being depressed is something I have dealt with for a long time on my own. However lately it has been a bit more difficult for me to get over some of the flares that keep coming back and the doctor put me on a low dose of Paxil to see if it clears up my symptoms. I have been on 20mg of it for two days and I can already feel a difference. I notice that after I take my medicine about an hour or two I start feeling really good physically and mentally. I just can't wait til I feel like that all day long as it seems to wear off after a few hours. But I just wanted to introduce myself and wish everyone the best!

I have crohns also and was told last week i have major depressive disorder. Havent went for treatment yet but have been off and on meds for years..
