I'm a guy. An ex drug user too.



I try to get here as much as possible, but the folks here are extremely supportive.



From reading the tone of your post, it seems like you are together enough to make it until you see your Dr.



It's not easy, but just try and relax.



It also seems like you have a little one there that may keep you pretty busy until your appt.



Just keep checking in.



I have to leave work right now, but know there are folks here that you can lean on.

thanks bro....you started a new thread responding to me tho. Appreciate it in any case.

The *** is interesting......its like completely a mind thing, cuz when I dont smoke, theres no kind of withdrawal. Maybe difficulty sleeping, and an urge to smoke, but thats it. Havent smoked in a couple of days, but no confidence I can stick it out. Did you just stop cold turkey? And is it like other drugs, where I cant take one puff ever again in my life?

I did not realize that discussion of ex drug use was against the rules.

Is there a good way to share my experience with 007 without breaking the rules?

I would like to relate my experiences to his.

I was also contimplating starting a thread discussing possible link of marijuana use and depresion.

Im sorry tase but there cant be any talk of illegal substances on the forum.  You can e-mail the member and discuss these matters with them if you like, I see you have your e-mail addy active so if they activate their's you can correspond this way in regards to whatever you like.
