Got this from my daughter and I know it's not the end-all answer to depression but the fact that it works sometimes is encouraging.

Got the Blues? Try a Cold Shower

This is very interesting, getting caught in a cold rain shower seems to do something like that. Well not a really cold rain shower, but I think that you know what I mean. I always thought I was just happy to get out of the rain and into a dry place.LOL.
