I have a strange pathology, but am depressive in most qualities.  I also have problems within the depressive bipolar spectrum, and psychotic features regarless of mood quality.  I also have problems with anxiety and Complex PTSD.  I have not found a way into remission - I have been sick for 18 years. 

I have tried most meds and am unable to tolerate drugs impact my serotonin synapses.  I am unresponsive to all anti-depressants except for a combo of Parnate and Wellbutrin.  I also take Vyvanse and dexamphetamine for my depression.  I cannot sleep without taking a combo of four medications.  Ambien and Lunesta do nothing.  I also take meds to prevent a stroke due to my meds.  I am trying to find a way to control my anxiety, but most benzo's are like candy.  I feel nothing regardless of how high the dose.  Stimulants calm me down.  

I have been in the hospital a lot.  Some really bad ones.  More recently I have only been in University Medical Hospitals.  Mclean (at Harvard), Nothwestern, and Stanford.  So I have tried many drugs at high doses.  I metabolize drugs quickly, so I need multiple high dosing.  I have had 4 groupings of ECT.

I am married for 15 years.  I have two kids 8 and 16.  I am good today - I have found my way to talk.

I am sorry but I had to delete one sentence out of your post. We are not allowed to discuss anything to do with illegal activities or drugs. I am sure you can understand why I had to take one sentence out.

I am glad that you are feeling up to posting today. I think that you will find there is a wonderful group or people here always willing to listen and will offer advice as needed.
