Thank you the thing with me and driving is that my mind tends to wander and i loose concentration along with this bug it`s going to be a hard trip .I`m going to take my laptop with me so i can still talk to my friends when i need to the ones behind the screen are more of a family to me than the family i have here .
I know i can talk to the screen aa lot easier than to anyone else.
Iwill keep in contact and i thank you for your support .
Ihave to go feed the little joey and then go to bed otherwise i`m not going to be any good driving if i`m too tired .

Dear Restless,

I ma so happy to know you are ok and I was worried about you too as you know.  I understand that having the little one move away is going to be a loss for you but picture her in your mind as being happy in her new home and she will be growing up and have a wonderful life.

You maybe able to visit her.  I am sure she will always remember you.

I have Satellite radio so when I go out driving I will turn to a comedy channel on the radio and I will laugh out loud at the silly jokes. Laughter is good for the soul.  Also I love to make pit stops as I am not one to get in the car and barrel down the highway to see if I can beat my last speed record.

I would love to go with you, if only that were possible.  I love to go on a road trip.

well it`s 7am here and i awake i think i`m still tired but know it`s the meds i feel like this every day just need ro recover a bit .My son is going to be with me for the first three hours of my trip i`m going to be dropping him of at a friends place in the first town cso atleast i will have some company for a short time .
Hey kitt thats part of my problem when i drive sort of get into a state with myself and noone else i speed too much but have to be careful as it`s double deremit points if you are caucht here this long weekend and i have never been booked as long as i have been driving and i do not want to start now .
I will email you when i get to where i`m going as i know i will not sleep very well while i`m away as i do not take my meds when at someone elses place.We will be heading off around 11 am so a few hours to get everything ready while the little one sleeps .

I always take my meds when I am away from home as even up my night meds a bit so I don't toss and turn in a strange bed.I have some leeway on how big a dose I take at bedtime.

Now don't you speed or we will all have to come down there and get you out of jail..................... devil Pretend we are with you and we keep saying "Hey watch the speed" yeah

Restless, Im glad you'll have some company for part of the trip.

Yeah I always take my meds with me, i stay the night at my firends everyother weekend, she is kinda far, its not worth driving back home for me the same night, especially by the time i get there, i take my daughter with me and i take her meds too, now Kara my daughter seems to sleeo quite well, i however dont in a strange place. I have some sleeping pills, but want to save those for those real bad nights.

Anyway please do write us when you get there later on if you can, let us know you got there safely.......

Well i did arrive here this afternoon we didn`t leav home until after four thirty yesterday afternoon so by the time we got to the first place i was just too tired to drive any further so stayed with my sons friends they were great but i didn`t have the best of nights coughed most of the night and everytime i rolled over i woke up.
I left there at 8:30 this morning and have a horrible trip i ran off the road at one stage scared the living daylights out of me just glad i didn`t damage hubbys car otherwise it wouldn`t be worth going home if i did.After that i was more alert one having one other close call but atleast i`m here now .Tomorrow i`m sleeping in will take a bit more of the sleeping meds tonight so i can sleep a bit better .Will go up to see my daughter tomorrow evening i just need to have a break away from everyone for a bit .

Im sorry you didnt sleep well, I know its hard to sleep in a strange place, and coughing to boot.

Im glad you are ok from your scare off the road.

Yeah i agree you need a night to yourslef to regroup, before you get your daughter. I hope trip home is safe. Please keep us posted, thanks for keeping us posted so far so we dont worry, go easy on the meds, you did give us quite a scare the other night, we were real worried about you.

Hello Restless,

Whoa, keep that car on the road sweetie as we need you here so please be careful.  Tke frequent rest stops.  Just sit for a bit and let the sun shine down on you. Clear your mind of all the clutter and repeat over and over  nice and slow "I am OK" .

I am glad your taking a break tonight.  I like being in a hotel alone, in the middle of a king size bed with my puter and the TV control.  :-)

Of course I need a nice ice cold Diet Cola too.  Do have a good nights rest and remember you are a wonderful person.

Tonight i`m in my parents house i can`t sleep there are just too many things going through my head all the things that that has happened to me when i was little there are just too many bad memories here Some things never change .

Evening sheryl it wasn`t the best of nights i ended up taking double sleeping meds in the hope i would sleep .Well it did work but this morning when i woke up i was so sick i had a migraine and even tonight i feel pretty lousy not even sure if i will be driving home tomorrow or not it`s a long trip and i have to drive the whole way as my daughter does not drive at all .Tonight i`m staying at my inlaws they are ok i get on pretty well .Last night just bought back too many bad memories some i would rather never remember but i sort of expected that it would happen .My mother said i coughed all night but i don`t remember as the meds were pretty strong .I will have the dr check things out when i see her on Tuesday as this bug is getting worse .But not sure if i can see the new therapist on thursday as i`m don`t think i can handle it .

Restless I am sorry your cough seems to be getting worse, please have it checked out, we need you here. Imm sorry you woke up with a migraine, i have done that before, no fun. Im glad you stay at inlwas, we want you well rested before you inmbark on your trip. Im sorry you dont want to see your new tharapist. I can understand that, but I do hope you will someday, it might really be a good thing.

I hope that you can get the proper meds to help with your cough..... please be careful with the meds,doubling up on sleeping pills can harm you... does your doctor know that you are doing that?

Hi Restless,

I have been having a cough too. And headaches, but I found out it is allergies. Thank God. I smoke so I always worry about that. Tried to quit many times and nothing. But I wont quit quitting.

Be careful driving home and don't hesitate to stop if you get tired. We all await your return. But don't rush it. Be careful.

I hope this day finds you feeling better.

I`m not looking forward to the trip home one bit just having to put up with my daughter ,her language and just the fact that i find it very stressful even being around her and having to drive for all those hours will be hard enough .
the dr doesn`t know about what i do with the meds ( doubling up) but i really needed an escape last night i knew it was going to be hard just staying there or even seeing them but i promised my sister that i would try it was probably the last time i will ever do it , The fact that they were so horrible to me and my siblings sort of gets my back up as to how they can just move on as though nothing has happened it`s the same with my mums brother who raped me when i was little he thinkks because all these years have passed that it will be ok ,Well i`m sorry but nothing will take away those memories from me unfortunately and i`m not likely to forget when there is so many triggers in my life that just keep on setting them off again .
I have been talking to my younger sister a fair bit over the past couple of weeks as she herself os going through a pretty rough patch but it really does make me feel so sad and lonely each time we talk but i can`t tell her i can`t talk to her because i know only too well what she is going through .
Tomorrow the weatherman has predicted rain where i am going to be driving i really do not like driving in the rain just makes me stress out that much more and i won`t take the valium while i`m driving as it will impare my responses .

Just try to focus on your driving. Let what your daughter says go in one ear and out the other. That is about all that you can do at this point. I know that it is hard and I do not envy you a bit. But I think that you can make it, just stay in the now and focus. Try to relax with your breathing. Who knows maybe she will suprise you and be not so irritating. I wish you well and a safe trip home.

Well i`m home and believeme i will not be going over to pick her up ever again .I don`t care what hubby says .All the way home the language focused at me for not having the radio up loud so in the end i just turned it off told her i have a bad head which i have had for days ,she just continued for a while then shut up .But the peace was short lived .I left my mother inlaws at seven thirty this morning and finally arrived home at seven tonight .I`m just so tired from this bug i have and the stress of today i just want to go to bed and sleep i`m taking all the pills tonight so i sleep all night .Thank you all for everything it has helped me heaps .

I am glad your home, sorry you had to go thru nastiness though.

I am praying your bug clears up soon.

Be careful with those pills. I know you want to get rest, but dont over do do it we worry about you.

The other night had reminded me when i took my sons meds on accident, through me for a loop i couldnt see straight let alone atempt to write, just be careful, we love you, have a good rest...
