out of state workmans comp

I live in texas and am looking for a workmans comp doctor that will accept an out of state workmans comp. I was hurt up in washington state and am now having problems again..besides it never was settled.

I have no idea what to do now

Please do share a bit in the newbies forum.

As for your workmens comp issues I would call the Texas gov agency and ask them how to proceed if your comp is from out of state. I would guess that the state and company where the injury occured would be responsible but I am not a lawyer.
