k so basically im really new at this iv never done anything close to this and im really bad at opening my feelings but i feel like im going to explode with all these feelings i have locked up and stored inside me
i have recently become very depressed 15 year old and i feel like i have no on to share my emotions with all my friends are happy go lucky and they really dont like to (i cant blame them) talk to me they say i make them depressed with my attitude towards life they would rather talk bout boys make up etc.... This however does not help me iv tried soo hard on my own to become a more happier person i have seen the movie "the secret" countless times and i try to look at the bright side in all the things that are occurring in my life right now. i have been threw a lot in my life and was forced to grow up quickly yet i feel so alone i know there is so much to be grateful for yet i feel like no one cares for me. I dont think thou i have depression i still try to be happy and make friends im confused i dont know how to be happy i try but the things that are occurring in my life right now are to overwhelming.

      Im so sorry you are feeling so confused and alone.  I completely understand that.  I dont have many friends either infact the only people I ever talk to are all online, which in a way is sad but what can I do?  You can always post here if you ever need anyone to talk to.  My entire life is nothing but confusion so I really do understand and can empathize with your struggle.  Just letting you know someone out here  cares, I really hope you feel better.

so sorry everything is so overwhelming.Smile at your self , breathe, and go forward. This is a good place for you to vent your emotions People do it all the time . Love yourself honey let the emotions out .  some times everything gets so overwhelming I could scream but now I try to just smile at myself,relax and eat some icecream. I care ,and I hope this helps some what.

I too want to welcome you to HealingWell (Even though I know Im at the back of a long line!)

I am glad that you feel you can open up here and be completely honest. We have to be careful about contents since we have 13yr olds using the site but most things pass here. Feel free to post to your hearts content... you never know you might get good!

Guest, I just wanted to welcome you too. I had a rough time as a teen and had been through alot too. I m glad you can open up here, I wish this was here when I was in my mid teens.  I have a son close to your age, and he only has like maybe one good friend, they are both kinda outsiders, but they have each other so that is good, he has hooked up with that one friend. My daughter the same way, not for lack of wanting friends she desperatley wants them, she just has a hard time she has has issues. My son seems content with one good friend.

There are many here you can email to if you feel the need to be more explicit, about any of us with an email would be glad to to respond, and listen.

You have taken a good first step by opening up here, its a safe place here, we do not judge, we listen, do our best to offer advice.

Do you have a school counsler you can open up to, therapy is good too if thats available to you.

Just throwing out options.

I do find being here is good therapy, keep on posting....
