Hey there, I am a cryer to when I am anxious or feeling down. I call a dear friend and she helps me put things back in perspective. She will tell me, not to cry but get mad and stop whatever stinkin thinkin is going on.
Perhaps it is time for you to see your PCP. You could use a good check up to make sure you are not having any medical problems.
