Heej Karen!
I think most of us have that awkward gut-feeling ever so often. When things are going well, but somehow they shouldn't. When I have such a gut feeling when I am actually feeling rather good, I always say to myself I aren't feeling real good, else the gut feeling wouldn't be there, I wouldn't be anxious or worried (still with me?
). But I find it is actually rather easy to "get in the moment" and stop that feeling when you are already feeling rather good. The change is just a bit more subtle when you are already feeling good, at least, it feels that way.
But I am really glad to hear you are doing good at the moment! darn, you must be a professional pie baker by now, you always seems to be busy making and baking them
.
As you already know, try to make the best out of the good days, the sunny days in fall that give the trees that wonderful red and orange and yellow colours. It is only a small step to turn a good day into a superb day, a day free of worries and problems. When you are in a positive mood, things always seem to work out just right, something worth taking advantage.
You know my thoughts are with you Karen, and I hope you enjoy today as if it was all there is!
Erik
