Feeling low

Feeling low this week.Been in a lot of pain these last week and that always pulls me down a little.Next time I go see my DR. think I will have him up my lexipro to 20mg.I have had more blue days lately then I have in a while.My sister told me that that usualy happens after a few months on lexipro and that I needed to make sure that I watch out for it.My surgean had to do a little repair on one of my scars.Once he got in there he decided that he dos not want to repair my hernia because it is to big and the mucles(spl.)are in very bad shape.So I have to go around looking like I am 6 months pregnant on my right side.That makes me feel bad.Well I guess I will stop crying about it and just go to bed.

I am sure that Li is right and that the doctor will help you sort things out. I know that it is hard, especially with the hernia, maybe there are some exercises that you can do for that.

Try to look at the positives in your life, and I do agree with Li, nine children is a lot. I don't know how you did it but I bet that you are a good mom.

Thanks to everyone that posted me a note.I started taking two of my anti-depressents for the last few days tell I can talk to my DR. Also had to change my pain patch this morning that helps alot.Thay are suppost to last for 3 days but sometimes thay don`t.I think it is because I take really hot baths to help with the pain and stiff bones.I think the heat makes my body absorb more of the medication then it is suppost to.Guess I will ask the DR. about that one to.My sister is a nurse and she thinks I should go from the 50 mcg/h Fentanyl patch to a 75 but I don`t know if I want to do that.With the 50 I do get a lot of brake through pain but I don`t ever feel like I am to druged up eather.
