Im a Seventh Day Adventist, so from sundown friday night until sundown saturday night, i observe sabbath. its a real relaxing time. i read, listen to peaceful music, use the time to journal, update my prayer list etc. if i feel up to it i go to church on saturday morning, but i havent been in weeks cos im so unwell (physically). we often have friends home to lunch on sabbath (saturday) and thats really fun too. we eat WELL! (p.s SDA's are not a weird cult- we are christians who worship saturday instead of sunday)
I spend saturday night with friends, either dvd's and junk food at home, or dinner and movies.
Sundays i have a ritual- go get the paper, read it while i drink my chai tea and have mtv playing on my tv, catch up on lesson plans for school on mondays- always have a nap in the afternoon, cos of my fibro, im wasted by working a full week.
thats about it!

p.s i am going away this wknd, about
a 4hr drive up the coast, away from sydney for a weekend of frolicking at the beach and then dinner with about
40 friends at a very chic restaurant to celebrate a mate's 30th birthday. i hate leaving my comfort zone, and am feeling anxious, but im sure i will have fun when i get there- XX
