Have you set any small goals for your self and what are they???
I am a smoker, so I want to quit smoking. It use to be a habit, but with all of the chemicals that they put in cigarettes now, I am sure that it is an addiction. Another thing I need to do is go to the dentist and eye doctor. I have been putting these things off for a long time. So these are my goals for the spring.
Please share, no matter how big or how little, they are all important.
