Good day everybody,
This is late as usual, my usual time I guess.
What little thing do you do when you are down to make yourself feel better?
I usually listen to some comforting music and meditate. If the weather is right, I go for a walk. That really helps me a lot. Often I see people on my walk so I can say hello to them and they are usually cheerful.
