Hi Horserider, Wanted to see if I could give you some help to feel better.  I haven't  seen too many of your posts so don't know the whole problem.  My grandmother used to always tell me when I was having a bad day that wait, tomorrow will be better.  And it always was.  Maybe you should be looking at what you can do to improve your days.  Do you work or have any hobbies? Do you play sports?  Maybe a support group would help you.  Are you seeing someone for counseling?  That might really help you if you are ready for it.  I noticed in an earlier post of yours that you mentioned you have OCD.  My son has OCD and is is getting to be a problem for him.  I am afraid it is going to take over his life and he will not be able to function.  He tries to keep himself and his hands very clean.  He has epilepsy and doesn't want to catch any gerns in case he would get sick and have a seizure.  But he is on strong meds so he should be fine.  But he is having a hard time getting to work on time and if he loses his job he will lose his health insurance and then we will really have problems.  Do you have any suggestions I can use to help him?  I didn't mean to turn this around to me just thought we might be able to help each other.  This forum is a great place to talk to people and get the support you need.  And it is easier because you are just posting what you think and you don't have to speak directly to someone.  I hope you find the forum helpful and if I can do anything for you please don't hesitate to post and I will always be glad to answer you.  Take care of yourself and let us know how you are.
