I would like to take this opportunity to invite each of you to let Karen know how much she means to all of us.  She is the glue holding this forum together and what a grand job she does of it.  cool  

Her words of wisdom and her kindness have helped so many and she gets to the forum everyday even when she is not feeling well herself. She puts others before her, she is always encouraging and never judgemental. yeah

Karen you are awesome and I wish I could do more then just post these words to let you know what a wonderful moderator you are.

Karen, it is true, you are the best.  You have always been able to help me, especially when I am at my lowest point.  You always seem to know the right thing to say and you have been and are a great comfort to me.I feel secure knowing that I have your support and I hope I can always be there for you too.  And Kitt you deserve just as much credit.  You do an outstanding job with this forum and you always have the websites to go to and very helpful and practical advice. Kitt, you are a wonderful person and I know you have your share of problems so I also want to always be able to support you in your time of need.  Many, many gentle and loving hugs to you both.

I love the Depression Forum but I know that Karen is always right here and I spread myself a bit thin covering 3 forums sometimes so it falls to Karen who never let's us down.

Yehaaaaaaaa it is Karen's week and she has a fun day today.......therapy day.  Tell em what for Karen. shocked

Thanks Kitt,

I will be leaving soon to make my appointment. It is an hours drive each way. Everything in the yard is ice today. We are having really warm temps (close to 60) and it melted on top of the ice, so there is water over top of it. But the roads are good so I don't have to worry about that. I am so happy that we are having this thaw. We were due for it. It has been a long hard winter.

You are so sweet for all the nice things that you are saying to me. It truly makes me feel good about myself. I know that sometimes I am spread thin too, since I also moderate fibromyalgia, but this is a good forum and between the two of us, I think we do a rather good job together. I always come here first. In fact, somebody put a link to this thread in fibro and were talking about our moderating. And then thanking the mods over there too. So I am getting thank yous from both forums. I feel like a princess. lol...

I hope that everybody has a wonderful day. It is so nice here, the sun is shining now.

I hardly ever come on here, but we meet each other around HW, lol. I just wanted to add my two cents in and tell you how much I admire and respect you as well :) You have always been kind to me and have helped me so much with your wisdom and kindness :)
