I am in deep depression. I have been touched when i was young, and when i was like 9 years old (not by an adult, but someone my age). My parents don't even know i am alive most of the time! I am very overweight. I know everyone hates me, even if they don't tell me. Bipolar runs in my family too, i have very bad mood swings and sometimes hurt my parents (hit). I want to forget everything that has happened and start all over, but i don't think that is possible. I am being forced to move in with one of my step dads (which isn't that bad since most of my life i thought he was my real dad). I have dreams of children committing suicide, which disturbs me. I also have dream where i am in a horror movie (i watch too many horror films). There's a bunch i won't mention, since i am embarrassed enough.

It's totally normal for little kids to experiment. The problem comes when
an old person takes advantage. That didn't happen so please erase that
worry from your mind. k?

Maybe when you move in with your "Dad" you can start over. Call it
Day One.

Can you talk to a counselor at school. Most of those people are really nice.
They want to help and CAN help if you give them a chance.

I wrote down my dreams for years. I had big books full of my scrawlings.
I never did figure out what dreams meant. As far as I know they just
reflect what happened at some point in my life. I finally just shredded
them and got rid of them.

I surrrrrrrrre don't like the horror shows. There are people who make money
making those shows. They know all sorts of tricks to make things look
scary. A lot of people (and kids) watch them or else they wouldn't make
them. I guess it's ok to watch them BUT it seems they are scaring you
a little bit. Right?

Your dreams are something that you will want to tell the counselor about.

You're a smart girl, Angie. Start your life over by getting some guidance
from an adult you trust - one who cares about how things go for you.

You'll have to look for awhile to find one. Maybe your Dad?

Be careful on the computer. Don't trust them cause they seem nice. Don't
give out your phone number. Don't meet them anyplace. NEVER. Promise?
We're here for you on the Depression Forum. People here can be trusted,
I think. But you never ever know.

Hello. this is Kitt and your story reminds me of another young person that we had not long ago.  If you feel like you are in a deep depression I would really like to see you talk to your Dad about seeing a therapist to get help.

You should not have to be this sad and I would like to believe your Dad would not want you to be so upset about the move. 

I hope you can find some happiness soon in your life.
