Glen,

I have the feeling that you are on the road to recovery. I like seeing that. It makes me feel good. Keep up the good work, take it slow. You will get there. I have confidence in you.

Dear Glen,

You are doing great, and I am proud of you.  There is light at the end of the tunnel and as it gets brighter you will see it is all of your HW family holding candles to light your way.  Reach out, we are all here for you.

I have had depression for 26 years and the hills and valleys have been many but life is good and together we will help you  find the good part.

Hello again,

Had a good nigh with some restless sleep. I had a sense of humor return and was able to joke around with my fiancee. This is priceless. I am to take my nefazadone twice today so I'll be on my way back up to about 75% of my usual dose.

I hope sunlight, warmth, exercise and prayer will life me up as well as the nefazadone.

Hi Glen,

This is such great news. I am glad that you are getting your sense of humor back. That is a really good sign.

Get out in that sunshine and enjoy your life!

It is a dreary day here today. It has been raining and on top of the ice it makes it rather slippery. Hopefully this will all melt soon and I will be able to get out in the woods and walk.
