i apologize about the response to the last post, i wasnt trying to be religious or pushing on them i was trying to help and didnt realize that they have been warned before. i will make sure that i dont use religion in any of my replies other than i will keep you in my prayers(unless that is not allowed). i hope i didnt offend you or anyone. You have no reason to apologize and the thread was stopped due to the nature of the topic. 

Maz is correct, limited religious references are allowed (ie. "my prayers are with you" or a brief quote as part of a larger post).

No need to worry about deleting anything.  You are doing fine and whenever I edit it is because of the rules, no personal offense meant at all.

Support groups are a place for people to give and receive both emotional and practical support as well as to exchange information. People with health conditions, as well as their friends and families find support groups to be a valuable resource and get confirmation that their feelings are "normal", educate others, or just let off steam. IMHO joining a support group is joining a family.

This is a great site and the members are all wonderful and caring as they offer support and advice while they deal with their own depression or family members with depression.

Thanks and I am far from being sainted.  LOL.  But I do care for all of the members here in this forum.

Having a history of Depression for 27 years I have come to empathize with anyone who is having a hard time.

I am always willing to help find answers to questions or problems that members may have.
