Hi everyone. I have been working to stay afloat through this episode of depression. Lots of therapy and meds. Unfortunately I cannot share this stuff with my friends and family right now. So I sure do appreciate having a place to come and ask questions and offer support to others when I can. Thank you!!
My question is, have any of you had success with journaling or blogging during your depression? I just started a blog. I'm not sure if it will be helpful to regurgitate everything I'm going through, or if it will feel good to release it. Hmmmm....
